Texting Your Transaction Coordinator
How text messaging with a Dealyo coordinator works, how you opt in, and how to stop.
Who texts whom
Every transaction coordinator who uses Dealyo has their own Dealyo business number. When you become a party to a home sale or purchase that a coordinator manages, the coordinator introduces themselves, usually by email, and that email shows their Dealyo number as your contact for the transaction.
You opt in by sending the first text message to that number. Coordinators only reply in conversations you start and never text you first. Every message is about your own transaction: documents and signatures, deadlines, the scheduling of inspections, appraisals and closings, and status updates. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Texting is optional
No one has to text, or agree to receive texts, to buy, sell or close on a home. You can always reach your coordinator by email, or by calling the same number, instead.
What the introduction looks like
This is a coordinator's introduction email exactly as a contact receives it. The Dealyo number is in the Transaction Coordinator card at the bottom, with the texting terms under it.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies by transaction. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out and nothing more, unless you reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@dealyo.ai.
Your number stays private
Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The full program terms are in the Text Messaging (SMS) Terms section of our Terms of Service, and how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
