Dealyo is an AI-powered deal management platform that helps professionals organize and analyze deal-related communications. Our Service includes:

• Gmail integration for email discovery and organization
• AI-powered email analysis and categorization
• Deal room creation and management
• Document organization and insights
• Task extraction and tracking
• Participant intelligence and engagement tracking

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer and account
• All activities that occur under your account or password
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

By connecting your Gmail account to Dealyo, you grant us permission to:

• Access and read your email messages in read-only mode
• Analyze email content to identify deal-related communications
• Extract and organize information from emails and attachments
• Store processed email data securely on our servers

We will never modify, delete, or send emails on your behalf. Your email credentials are securely stored and encrypted. You may revoke Gmail access at any time through your account settings.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and process your data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights, summaries, and suggestions:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Should be reviewed and verified before making business decisions
• Are provided as-is without warranties of any kind
• Do not constitute professional advice

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content and should exercise independent judgment in all business matters.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dealyo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely to provide and improve our Service.

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide payment information. You agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Promptly update account information including email address and payment method
• Accept responsibility for all charges incurred under your account

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes will be effective at the start of your next billing cycle with 30 days' notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALYO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting support.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
